US Coast Guard Films UFO Over Catalina Island 1966

On April 15th, 1966 at 9.45am, a large silver disk was filmed in color from a helicopter on Catalina Island, California.

The footage was captured by Leland Hanson, who was on assignment from the US Navy.

Despite being a member of the US Coast Guard, Hanson was given the task of filming the Californian Island when he saw what was clearly not another aircraft.

That's when the film started rolling!

The footage captured by Hanson is considered to be one of the most compelling pieces of evidence for the existence of UFOs. The disk-shaped object can be seen clearly in the footage, and its movements are unlike anything that could be achieved by a conventional aircraft at the time. The incident has been the subject of much speculation and debate, with many experts unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for what was captured on film.

Seriously you can't make it up but they apparently could and they did. Given all the UFO sightings footage from the ISS (International Space Station) that NASA has blatantly obviously covered up I'm sorry but I personally don't rate their unbiased opinion.

It's not even entertaining at this point. as far as I'm concerned anything from NASA regarding Ufology should be taken with a pinch of salt. I can reference you to tens of hundreds of instances where the ISS live feed cameras are shit off when UFOs come into view and they don't mention them when they come back on.

Despite the passage of time, the Catalina Island UFO incident remains a fascinating and mysterious event and little known. The footage captured by Leland Hanson continues to be studied by experts and enthusiasts alike, and it remains one of the most compelling pieces of evidence for the existence of UFOs. While we may never know for sure what Hanson captured on film that day, the incident serves as a reminder that there is still much we do not understand about the world around us.

Marco Rubio has just gone on record stating that the US does have recovered UFOs. Again this is a US Senator going against the NASA preprepared speech.

Oh you best believe that it's a case of "who do you believe" now which is a million miles away from all the US Government being on one page. It's split down the middle in terms of half telling us the truth and the other half maintaining the old school lies.

Photographing Catalina Island for the US Navy, Mr Leland Hanson of the Coast Guards, was in a helicopter when he filmed this object, which at first hovered, then sped across the length of the island.

According to independent photographic experts, the disc's calculated velocity was between 130 to 170mph, and had no apparent wings or tail that would signify it as an airplane. However, researchers at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory computer enhanced the image and found that there might have been a tail rudder.

So there you go 2 conflicting reports but this is Ufology and you was always having that type of situation in those days.
