I was dumbfounded at what I saw as this sequence of flashing lights doesn't seem to be random it looks intended and on purpose but what does it mean?

It's not drones as there are too many of these Orbs flashing in sequence for it to be a hoax. That's my first impression of the unique UFO video filmed over Bay County, Florida on January 16th, 2024.
